Elaine's homicide case was worked poorly & quickly closed...within a month! Elaine was given a generic basic toxicology test, evidence was not properly handled, & there is speculation of corruption. Donations are strongly needed & so are prayers!!! Donations are needed to raise reward money to encourage witnesses to come forward with any information that will lead to an arrest. Donations are also needed to solve this case by any means if need be, such as advertising her cold case file on billboards, exhuming the body, private forensic services, etc!
