Elaine's homicide case was worked poorly & quickly closed...within a month! Elaine was given a generic basic toxicology test, evidence was not properly handled, & there is speculation of corruption. Donations are strongly needed & so are prayers!!! Donations are needed to raise reward money to encourage witnesses to come forward with any information that will lead to an arrest.
